I’ve seen that there is no February 29th tomorrow because of a change caused by one movement of God for His people many, many years ago as recorded in Joshua 10:12-13. A similar change is soon to happen (Isaiah 28: 21-22), and only those that believe in Jesus, the son of God, will be saved!
Joshua 10:12-13
12 On the day the Lord gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the Lord in the presence of Israel:
“Sun, stand still over Gibeon,and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.”

So the sun stood still,and the moon stopped,till the nation avenged itself on its enemies,
as it is written in the Book of Jashar.
The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.
Isaiah 28: 21-22
21 The Lord will rise up as he did at Mount Perazim, he will rouse
himself as in the Valley of Gibeon—to do his work, his strange work,and
perform his task, his alien task.
