If you encounter issues or questions regarding 9.2, please submit an RT ticket. 

We are almost a week into the implementation of PeopleSoft Finance 9.2.  THANK YOU ALL for your patience as the glitches and bumps in the upgrade have been smoothed out.

Financial Services and DoIT have created a handy FAQ guide to help users resolve some of the access issues in both 9.2 and the REX Finance Reporting platforms.  We will post these and update with new tips in TAP for easy reference.  To receive email updates from the REX and 9.2 update pages in TAP, click on the Watch link.  It is the eyeball icon located in the top right corner of all TAP pages. 

To expedite any issues in 9.2 or REX Finance, please include the full navigation path and parameters (and error if one is generated) or a screen shot attachment within the RT ticket so we can recreate and research the problem.  There are now dedicated RT links for 9.2 and REX Finance Reports.

Re: New electronic Payment Request Form

Today begins the use of the new electronic Payment Request Form in PeopleSoft 9.2. Business Services will no longer accept any paper Payment Request Forms and if Accounts Payable/Business Services does receive them, we will return them to the preparer asking them to complete the new electronic Payment Request Form.

In addition, the updated UMBC Request for Reimbursement Form(Travel) will only be used for travel. All out of pocket expenses (ex. food, office supplies, etc.) will be reimbursed using the new electronic Payment Request Form.

Finally, the following forms have been updated with a new look; Honorarium Form, Petty Cash Form and they can be found here:9.2 Forms. Please use the updated forms, as any old forms received will be returned to the preparer for resubmission.
