We're excited to announce a key enhancement to the Tableau Financial Dashboards: Budget
Transaction Details.
Summary Dashboards:
· On
the Budget to Actuals Dashboards (3B & 3C) users can now drill down on an
account or account group and select “Budget Adjustments Detail” to pull up a new
dashboard displaying all Budget Adjustments for the selected chart-string
Detail Dashboards:
· New
Budget Details Dashboard allows users to select dates and chart-string information and see
all corresponding Budget Transactions, including the original budget lines.
Be sure to follow this page and the Rex
group page for updates as we continue to grow and add enhancements to our
new reporting system.
Additionally, new upcoming training sessions have been added to the training
calendar; please visit the Trainings
group page to register.

Chartwells Dining Focus Group
Chartwells (UMBC dining contractor) truly values your opinion and have developed a process, “On-site Insights”, to gain your feedback regarding their dining services and to better understand your dining needs.
Chartwells would greatly appreciate your participation in their upcoming focus group session for faculty and staff, Thursday, April 4, 2024 12Noon - 12:45pm, so that they may hear your candid feedback regarding your dining experiences. Your feedback is extremely important and will be used to help Chartwells reinvent your dining experience here on campus.
Before you sign up for a focus group session, there are a few important items to note:
• It’s confidential. Chartwells does not release individual data to anyone; your answers are entirely anonymous.
• It’s a 45-minute session. Chartwells promises that the session will end within 45 minutes.
• Free meal. Enjoy a complimentary food and beverage at the Skylight Room during the session
• Space is limited. There are only 15 spaces for the focus group session.

Summary Dashboards:
Detail Dashboards:
Credit Card Holder: P-Card holder name added to the Operating Costs Detail Dashboard
Filter for Adjustment Period Entries: You now have the option to include or exclude adjustment period (Periods 906, 920, 998) entries, providing greater control to view your financial data.
New General Ledger Data Dashboard: Easily access and download all General Ledger transactions in one place.
New Journal Entry Dashboard: Input a journal ID to instantly view associated details and financial data, simplifying specific journal exploration.
