PORTSMOUTH, N.H.�After winning four America East titles and finishing as runners-up in three other sports, UMBC finished in third place in the America East Stuart P. Haskell, Jr. Commissioner's Cup standings, equaling the school's best-ever finish in eight seasons in the conference, the league announced Tuesday evening during a dinner at Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel as part of its annual meetings.
