Full Title: UMBC Soccer Complex Renamed Elite Tournaments Field at UMBC Soccer StadiumUMBC's soccer complex has been renamed Elite Tournaments Field at UMBC Soccer Stadium, it was announced today jointly by Director of Athletics Dr. Charles Brown and Elite Tournaments' Founder and President Mike Libber. Libber earned three letters in men's soccer at UMBC from 1994-96, competing in 50 games and earning 30 starts as a fullback. In 2000, the Baltimore native founded Elite Tournaments, a company dedicated to hosting organized soccer tournaments for U9 through U19 teams throughout the country.
