Full Title: Women's Tennis Blanks Albany, 4-0; Advances to America East Tournament SemisNew Haven, Conn. � The fourth-seeded UMBC women's tennis team advanced to the America East Conference semifinals with a 4-0 victory over No. 5 Albany at the Yale Tennis Center this afternoon.
UMBC (10-8) will face No. 1 Binghamton on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Swedes Heidi Danielsson and Josefin Stange-Jonsson combined for a double win and each recorded singles victories for the Retrievers.
