Full Title: Levi Houapeu Selected by Philadelphia in Major League Soccer DraftBALTIMORE�UMBC forward Levi Houapeu (Germantown, Md./Watkins Mill) was selected by the Philadelphia Union with the 41st selection in the 2011 Major League Soccer Super Draft. Houapeu is the first UMBC player to be selected in the league's annual draft and hopes to become the first to compete in the United States' premier soccer league. He was the fifth player selected in the draft's third and final round.
