Tulsa, Okla.- UMBC sophomore Justin Carter (Randallstown, Md./National Connections Academy) won four matches and made it through the pre-qualifying portion of the 2013 ITA Men's All-American Championships before falling in a tough three-set match on Sept. 30. Carter advanced further in the national competition further than any player in school history.
