For the second consecutive week, UMBC senior forward Pete Caringi III has earned the America East Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week award. In addition, the Retriever striker was named College Soccer News' National Player of the Week for games ending Sept. 8, 2013. Caringi and his teammates are off to a 4-0-0 start and have risen to Top 25 status in both the College Soccer News (No. 24) and Top Drawer Soccer (No. 25) men's collegiate soccer polls
