BALTIMORE- UMBC is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Hall as Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation effective July 8, 2013. Hall joins the UMBC community after serving as Director of Athletics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) since February, 2007.
