BALTIMORE � 13 UMBC baseball players will play locally this summer in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League, with two others playing in Maine and New York. Four Retrievers will represent the Herndon (Va.) Braves, while three each will ply their trade for the Rockville Express, Silver Spring-Takoma Thunderbolts, and Vienna River Dogs.
