Full Title: Women's Basketball Hosts Albany in WBCA Pink Zone Game Thursday Evening BALTIMORE--The UMBC women's basketball team (11-14, 5-7 AE) hosts America East rival Albany (9-16, 2-10 AE) Saturday at 7 p.m. at the RAC Arena. The Retrievers will take part in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Pink Zone initiative that evening to help raise breast cancer awareness. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund, and the first 250 fans will receive free Pink Zone T-shirts sponsored by Pompeian Olive Oil and Gourmet Vinegars.
