Cambridge, Mass.- For the third time in 2013, UMBC freshman Justin Carter (Randallstown, Md./National Connections Academy) has been named America East Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week. The freshman has won seven of his last eight singles matches, all from the No. 1 position.
