Senior pitcher Heather Brown (Pasadena, Md./Northeast) threw her second-straight shutout for UMBC softball en route to an 11-0 five inning victory against Saint Peter's on Sunday afternoon at the UMBC Softball Stadium. The Retrievers were on the other end of an 11-0 six inning loss in the final game of the UMBC Retriever Classic against Coppin State, with the black and gold being held to three hits in the contest, as the Retrievers finished 3-3 on the weekend.
