UMBC softball's freshman center fielder Bridget O'Malley (Brookly, Md./Seton Keough) batted a team-best .571 at the Seahawk Clash and helped the Retrievers to their first victory of the season on Sunday, Feb. 24 against Morehead State en route to earning America East Rookie of the Week honors.
