BALTIMORE- UMBC senior guard Ryan Cook (Laurel, Md./Pallotti) scored 18 of his game-high 22 points in the second half and junior post Brett Roseboro (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown) posted career highs with 19 points and 10 rebounds as the host Retrievers (2-5) never trailed in a 66-62 victory over Towson (3-4). It was the 20th win in the series for UMBC against 34 setbacks. The Retrievers have won two straight in the series, as Towson is UMBC's most-contested foe.
