Milwaukee, Wisc.- UMBC junior forward Chase Plummer (Plainfield, N.J./St. Patrick) scored a team-high 12 points and the visiting Retrievers hung with the Big East's Marquette Golden Eagles for quite a while before falling, 79-46, at the Bradley Center. UMBC had an early one-point advantage in the second half, but a 17-2 Golden Eagle run turned the tide.
