UMBC sophomore guard Bria White (Silver Spring, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase/Longwood) drained a career-best ¬20 points, but the Retrievers were unable to recover from a poor shooting performance, 29.1 percent from the floor, and fell, 62-44, to local rival Towson in Tuesday night's non-conference women's basketball game at the RAC Arena.
