BALTIMORE � Looking to improve upon its eighth-place finishes in both the men's and women's races at the 2011 America East Championships, the UMBC cross country program has made a noticeable improvement this season. While the men's squad now has 18 members, compared to 17 athletes who competed in 2011, the women's team has more than doubled in size, increasing from seven runners to 15.
