BALTIMORE - UMBC Athletics and Recreation would like to congratulate Joseph Bieberich, a 21-year old graduate student-athlete at UMBC from Brookeville, Maryland. This past May, the men's rugby player received the first annual Haud Collumi Scholarship sponsored by the UMBC Men's Rugby Alumni Group.
