ANNAPOLIS, Md. � For the fifth time in seven years, the UMBC athletic program finished in the top four amongst America East Conference institutions in the battle for the 2011-12 Stuart P. Haskell, Jr. Commissioner's Cup, the conference announced this evening at its annual awards dinner in Annapolis, Md. Moreover, UMBC Athletics recorded its best yearly grade-point average at 3.00 as the conference also released the league's annual Academic Cup results.
