The UMBC women's lacrosse team heads to Durham, N.H. on Saturday, April 21 seeking its first ever victory over New Hampshire on the Wildcats' home field. In fact, the Retrievers achieved their first ever triumph over UNH just last year after nine losses to start the series. With a victory, UMBC (7-7, 3-2 America East) would sew up a spot in the America East Championships, earn their fourth straight win and climb over the .500 mark for the first time in 2012. But UNH (4-9, 1-3) is coming off a convincing win at Columbia and has made a league-record 14th consecutive appearances in the America East Championship tournament. The opening draw is set for noon and live stats and video are available via http://livestats.prestosports.com/unhwildcats/.
