BALTIMORE- UMBC junior midfielder Lindsay Cox tallied four goals and senior attacker Emily Coady scored her 100th career goal as the host Retrievers edged American, 13-11, in a non-conference contest played in ideal conditions at UMBC Stadium. Freshman Abby Wilson added a hat trick for UMBC. Coady and sophomore midfielder Kristen Bilney scored twice for the Retrievers, while senior midfielder Alicia Krause recorded three assists.
