Full Title: Women's Basketball Senior Michelle Kurowski Voted UMBC Athlete of the Month for FebruaryBALTIMORE, Md. � Senior guard Michelle Kurowski (Hicksville, N.Y./Hicksville) of the women's basketball team was named UMBC's Athlete of the Month for February 2012 in a poll conducted from Mar. 1-9. Kurowski received 46% of the vote, to win the vote over swimming and diving's Andrew Eckhoff and Abbey McKenney, track and field's Amanda Deller and men's basketball's Chase Plummer.
