Towson, Md.- The host Towson Tigers (2-0) scored twice in the first 68 seconds of play and held off a late UMBC (1-2) rally to defeat the Retrievers, 11-3, at Johnny Unitas Stadium. Junior midfielder Lindsay Cox scored two of the Retrievers' three goals, while senior attack Emily Coady added the other score.
