WINSTON SALEM, N.C. � The UMBC baseball team (0-2) dropped both game on the opening day of its 2012 campaign at the Wake Forest Invitational on Friday. In the season opener against Georgetown, the Retrievers hit three homeruns, but fell, 13-6, to the Hoyas. Just a few hours later in the night cap, UMBC lost to the host Demon Deacons, 10-2.
