Full Title: Plummer Climbs to Second on Sophomore Scoring Chart, But Icy Men's Basketball Effort Falls ShortBALTIMORE- Despite a game-high 21 points from sophomore forward Chase Plummer (Plainfield, N.J.), host UMBC could not recover from a horrid shooting first half and fell to Boston University, 73-52, in the final home contest of the 2011-12 campaign. Plummer has now scored 421 points this season, the second-most ever for a sophomore in UMBC's 26-year NCAA Division I history. He also became the fifth player in that span to record 400 points and 200 rebounds in a season.
