Piscataway, N.J.- The host Rutgers Scarlet Knights blistered the nets from everywhere on the court and cruised to a 94-56 over UMBC at the Rutgers Athletic Center. Sophomore forward Chase Plummer and junior guard Ryan Cook led UMBC with 11 points apiece. Junior wing Brian Neller added nine points on 3-of-8 shooting from behind the arc. Cook was making his debut for the Retrievers.
