ASME baltimore would like to invite you to tour Textron Systems (formerly AAI Unmanned
Aircraft Systems) on next Thursday, May 5th at 5pm. Textron's advanced
unmanned systems architectures, such as Unmanned Surface Vehicles
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unmanned_surface_vehicle) and the Shadow
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AAI_RQ-7_Shadow), have extended human
capabilities in difficult and dangerous situations to enable
reconnaissance and surveillance for our military. Come see a behind the
scene's tour of the Textron facility in Cockeysville to get a better
understanding of how their systems are designed and produced. Due to the
nature of this tour it is open to US Citizen's only. Register by May 1st
Visitors require a valid form of ID.
