UMBC is hosting the first ever international competition for Baja SAE to be held in Maryland - and we need your help!
Baja SAE is an international collegiate design competition for which teams design, build, test, and race an off-road vehicle. This is an amazing opportunity for students to apply the skills they develop in the classroom. The UMBC Baja Team has risen through the ranks in the past ten years to become one of the schools consistently placing in one of the top ten positions for the competition. Please come support the UMBC Baja Team as they compete for the first time ever in Maryland at Budds Creek Motorcross Track in Mechanicsville, MD May 7-10th of 2015 at Baja SAE Maryland. Admission is free, but volunteers will have the best seats in the house and receive free lunch and a free T-shirt! See the event website http://bajasaemaryland.umbc.edu/.
