I am a 29 year old male Grad student looking for a housemate to share a 3 Bedroom (one of the rooms will not be occupied) row house in the Waverly neighborhood in Baltimore City. The drive to UMBC usually takes 30-40 minutes. I'm looking for a roommate that I can share some space and meals with, but also want to make sure that we both have plenty of space to do our own things. I like to keep the place clean, but I'm not a clean freak. Two adorable cats live here too. I love to cook, draw, listen to music, and chill. Having guests is of course cool but I try to go to bed on the early side and wouldn't be into having lots of people over late on weeknights. I am looking for someone to pay $575/mo plus half of utilities and Internet (which usually comes to about $100).
The house has a big kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, brand new front-load washer and dryer, central heat and AC. There is a full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. The house gets lots of light as it is located on the end of a row. There is plenty of storage/studio space in the basement. There is a front porch with furniture and a fenced backyard area.
