hey peoples, so i leave to study abroad in china on aug 24. but i return dec 18, and will be revamping umbc's amnesty international chapter once i get back! i have interned for AI in DC, and I am a student area coordinator (which means i network/organize/and act as a resource for other AI chapters). i think it is rhinodonculous that umbc doesnt have an active amnesty chapter anymore. SO. im posting this before i leave for china so i can start talking to ppl and have something planned for the spring.
