We want to hear your story. Tell us about who your heroes are, how they inspire you and how UMBC can help you reach those dreams. Go to
www.umbc.edu/hero to tell us a little about yourself and submit a 200-300 word essay.

The winning entry will receive a $3,000 scholarship to UMBC (contingent upon acceptance to UMBC for prospective students), a UMBC prize pack and
a chance to tell your story. Runners up will receive UMBC prize packs.

The deadline for entries is April 20th.
