If something is not expected to change, then I should not have  to keep turn it in to Financial aid over and over again every year. It just adds too much unnecessary stress on poor students who already have enough to care for. Asking students to turn it the same paperwork every semester is also bad for the environment since always have to recopy them each time we turn them in,
