The General Assembly begins the 2011 Legislative Session next Wednesday, January 13th. You are invited to join a group of student leaders from around the state in welcoming our state legislators back to Annapolis - and reminding them that passing legislation to help Maryland immigrant students attend Maryland colleges and universities at the instate tuition rate. We will be leaving Baltimore (2224 E Fayette Street, Baltimore, Md 21231) at 9am on Wednesday to leave for Annapolis, and will return around 3pm that afternoon. Students will break into teams and speak with legislators from around the state to educate them on the importance of this issue and ask for their support.
