I'm really looking to stay between $300-$450 a month for paying rent when the total cost is split amongst roommates, but I'm willing to consider to paying $500 too. I'm looking to stay in a place close to school, hopefully walking distance, since I don't have a car. I also would like a place that has access to the umbc shuttle. 

I'm going to be a sophomore this coming Fall 2013 semester and I'm looking for female roommate(s) who, like me, are neat, respectful, studious, but at the same time love to have fun!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE,  if anyone has an extra room to spare, I'd really appreciate getting the spot. I'm willing to share a room with someone too. I'm super neat, so regardless if I have my own room or share it with someone, trust and believe you won't see it messy like a hurricane came through and trashed the place lol

I would also like to stress that I am very respectful towards others, I treat people how I would like to be treated. So I'm nice and understanding. Please believe I'm not just saying this to get a place, its the honest truth.
