Need roommate to take my spot at townhouse ($475/month)

I have a townhouse with 4 other friends. I have my own room.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford to live here anymore and we already confirmed with our landlord that we are keeping the place.
House is in Halethorpe MD, 21227
The neighborhood is called River Chase.
We have 2 awesome cats. One's a kitten actually.
House is 3 floors.
Washer and dryer are included. Water is paid for by landlords!
Basement is used as room for one roomie. 1/2 bath in there.
3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 baths upstairs.
Currently there are 4 guys (including me) and a girl.
Looking for ANYONE to take spot.
$475/month + utilities = (on average) $525/month
Looking for someone to move in during summer session and/or next academic year.
