Need A Roomate!

Hi,
My name is Tony and I am a first year grad student at UMBC. I currently live in a five bedroom apartment with 3 roomates. All of us are males, however the house has always been coed and we are open to having women move in as well. The rent is 315/month, plus $60 for utilities. The house is in Oella Maryland, and is located five minutes from the UMBC campus. It is less than 2 miles from old ellicot city, and lies directly next to Benjamen Banneker park. The neighborhood is quiet, and is close to local Grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food chains. We would like someone to move in before the 15th of December if possible.
