5 Bedroom House for Rent Five Minutes from UMBC ($400/month)

Hey,

My name is Tony and I am currently a 23 yr old 1st year grad student at UMBC. I currently live in a five bedroom house in Catonsville Maryland. My roomates and I are currently looking for a roomate to fill the master bedroom.  The house is fully furnished with a kitchen, washer, drier, and living room. We would like someone to commit to moving in by the end of this month so our rent does not go up for the month of November. As mentioned in the tag line, the rent is $400/month plus utilities. Whoever moves in will be the fourth roomate. We would like to add an additional person for a fifth roomate, in which case the rent would only be $300/month. The three of us who live here now are rarely in the house, and so sharing a space with more than two roomates should not deter you if that is a concern. The three of us are males, however this has always been a co-ed household, and we are open to having female roomates as well. (The roomate who recently moved out was in fact a female and a resident for three years). 

Location: The house is located approximately five minutes from the UMBC campus driving, and is less than two miles from Ellicott city. The property sits on an acre of land located directly next to Benjamen Banneker park.  It is located less than 2 miles from route 40 as well,  which boasts an assortment of chain restaurants and grocery stores.  The neighborhood for its part is very quiet, and has a community feel .
