I need to move out of my apartment in Halethorpe and I'm looking for someone to take it. It is a first floor apartment in a house that has been broken into 3 separate units. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a full size kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and oven) and laundry facilities in the basement. Front and back deck and some storage space available. The rent is $1060/month and this includes: heat, water, internet and cable. There is a separate meter for electric only and this is never more than $70 even in the middle of summer.

My landlord is looking for someone who can sign a year lease and have a security deposit equal to one months rent.
