I am looking for a roommate to share a townhouse at one of the off-campus housing complexes. The townhouse is 970 a month + electric. The houses are gas heated and have central air. It is two bedroom, one full bath, and one half-bath downstairs in the clean spacious basement. The unit also has a refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, and a small backyard. It is unfurnished. I want to put a deposit down asap with a roommate and i am looking for a someone who is willing to sign a 10/12 month lease with me. The house will not be move-in ready until sept 23.
