Looking for off-campus housing!

Hey everyone,
I'm a female out-of-state transfer student from Virginia Beach, VA, looking for off-campus housing. I'm not too familiar with the area, but I need somewhere that's affordable ($400-550ish/mo) and within walking distance or distance to the shuttle because I will not be having a car next year. And if anyone needs a roommate, I'm down! I'm a fun, outgoing individual who is also focused and driven in her academics. I'm also a Biology and Spanish double major. Just let me know please if you know of any available housing that fits this description or if you're in need of a roomie! Male/female it doesn't matter to me at this point! Thank you guys a lot!
