My name is Kristin and my friend and I are looking for another roommate for a nice townhome in Catonsville, Maryland, 2.8 miles from the UMBC campus. I will be a Junior transfer student. 

If we get one person, the rent is 500 + 1/3 utilities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful so we're looking for someone who isn't loud or messy. We're a male and female roommate, so either female or male is okay. No pets allowed in the townhome and as a personal preference, no smoking inside. There is plenty of storage space with your own closet. Your room will be 12x10 feet.

There is an alarm system.
