Hi everyone, i have a quick question and your contribution will be much appreciated. i have a friend who took the above class twice but did not pass it with a "C" or greater.

i wants to petition for a third and final attempt. he talked to his advisor and she said the mechanical engineering will deny it or something to that account.

So the simple question is, can a mechanical Engineering major petition to take STAT 355 or a final third attempt?
