Looking for a roommate to share a house in Catonsville ASAP

Hi, I found a very nice house less than 10 minutes from campus that I'd really like to move into. However, I cannot cover the rent by myself. The house is newly renovated with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an enormous backyard (seriously, you could fit another house in it and still have room). Dishwasher, washer, and dryer are in the house.
The rent for the whole house is $1500/mo., but utilities are covered in the rent. I'd like to split the rent 50-50 with one other person and make the third, slightly smaller bedroom a shared office/study area.
