Small room for rent close to the campus. Available immediately. Quite affordable.
Somewhat older building, nice and quiet. Right on the 35 bus line and very close to get one of the UMBC shuttles, or better still, get some exercise and walk, a little over one mile.
Two older dudes including my very studious self and another old school gentleman-type who is even more studious. Neither of us even have a TV. Don't need one. Seen all the reruns too many times anyway. We are both quite quiet and respectful, therefore male or female, doesn't matter.
