Im looking for someone to take my place in the townhome I currently live in with two male students (I am a female). I am moving out of town and need someone to move in by January 1st if possible.
The room is the master bedroom of the house and also has it's own private bathroom. Both roommates are very nice, respectful, clean and like to go out and have fun on the weekends.
The towhome is very large and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. There is a finished basement, large kitchen and living room, washer and drier, and back yard. The two boys share the other full bathroom on the top level.
