I am a Masters student and it’s really frustrate me that this is my final week and I supposed to focused on my school work instead calling them and arguing them for $39.00 late fee!!! I am paying over $14,000.00 per semester, $39.00 doesn’t make or break for me but the issue is they don’t want to take their responsibilities.  I spoke with their staff that I didn’t received any e-bill notifications at my umbc email, she keeps repeating that that is my fault and something wrong at my end computer. (FYI, I am doing MS in cybersecurity, I do have BS in Network technology, I do have 9 – 10 years of work experience in IT and lots of certificates).
