The rent will be split four ways and will come up to be $322.50 (utilities are not included.)
Here's the breakdown for utilities, water is usually $38/month, BGE is a little over $100/month and insurance is $16.25/month. So if we split the utilities four ways and add that to the rent, all of us will pay no more than $400/month. (Can't get no better than this!)
This is a 3-bedroom cottage in Mount Ridge Apts. Consists of one bathroom, a spacious living room, spacious kitchen and a washer/dryer. The third bedroom is bigger than the two other rooms so it would make sense for two people to share (plus it'll be cheaper for everyone.)
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN. PREFERABLY BEFORE DECEMBER 5TH.
