Blocked Office 365 account.
TLDR; does the tech support in library unblock accounts?

Basically I had to install the free office 365 on my laptop again after a factory reset and I couldn't remember the password. I tried asking to get my password or get a password reset, but they had to send an email to the "admin" to reset it. When I finally remembered my password, my account was blocked [possibly from too many failed logins] and said I had to contact my "admin" to unlock it. Would that be the tech support here in the library?
